Job summary

Qualifications

• Teaching/instructional experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to diverse staff.
• Experience in long-term care settings or health care training.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and respond accordingly.
• Orient new staff and provide ongoing training.
• Schedule training programs and in-services for all employees.
• Develop recruitment strategies for training and education roles.
• Ensure documentation of orientation and training is maintained and compliant.
