You will oversee production support, system enhancements, and major initiatives while aligning IT with clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field required.
• 5 years healthcare operations experience in both inpatient and ambulatory environments required.
• 5 years experience with clinical ancillary systems required.
• 3 years experience in a management role in healthcare or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management of Temple Health's Clinical Applications portfolio.
• Ensure support, maintenance, and optimization of clinical applications.
• Coordinate efforts between IT and clinical operations.
• Lead daily production support, system enhancements, and key projects.
• Develop and implement standards and best practices across the application portfolio.
