Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks a Director of Clinic (BCBA) to lead the clinical team in our Baltimore clinic. You will mentor BCBAs and RBTs, oversee clinical quality, and maintain a small clinical caseload while guiding service delivery to families.

The role requires a current BCBA, a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, at least three years of BCBA experience and on-site availability. Leadership experience is preferred and CentralReach familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years of BCBA experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• On-site availability during clinic hours.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus.
