Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical programs and supervise RBTs. You will design assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress while collaborating with families and education teams.

The position emphasizes clinical leadership, data-driven decisions, and mentorship within a supportive team. The role offers flexible scheduling, a cap on billable hours for full-time BCBAs, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
