The candidate will partner with IT and research leadership to embed solutions into the DMTA cycle, drive talent development, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture across sites.

Qualifications

• PhD with 7+ years applying computational/data science to drug discovery.
• Demonstrated leadership in building diverse, high-performing teams.
• Experience designing scalable cheminformatics workflows and modern computational pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Sets vision and strategy for cheminformatics capabilities and platforms.
• Leads multi-site team spanning data engineering, analytics, and software development.
• Develops talent and fosters inclusive culture across sites.
• Translates scientific questions into scalable data architectures and algorithms.
• Drives next-generation workflows with ML, knowledge graphs, and AI approaches.
