Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of pharma, biotech, or tech industry experience.
• Hands-on Python, SQL to design ML models and analytics.
• Experience with RAG architectures, LLm APIs, and MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

• AI development lifecycle: design, deploy, and maintain AI applications incl. custom RAG pipelines.
• Collaborate with governance bodies to ensure GxP AI compliance and validation playbooks.
• Translate complex AI concepts for business partners; drive value through data science use cases.
• Manage environment within Dataiku/Posit Workbench; monitor and scale analytics systems.
• Lead and mentor QA team on LLMs and data literacy.
