Qualifications

• Licensed in NY as MSW or LMHC.
• Graduate degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling with 5+ years in related fields.
• Minimum 1–3 years of direct clinical supervision.
• Flexible schedule to meet participant and staff needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHR.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Team player with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain utilization rates per agency policy.
• Coordinate department services and drive quality improvement.
• Develop/adapt policies for residential admissions, assessment, and mental health services.
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to admissions/assessments staff.
• Deliver training to staff with Director of Training.
• Ensure confidential records comply with standards.
• Monitor quality/effectiveness of clinical services.
• Provide progress reports to administration.
• Participate in internal committees.
• Act as residential program liaison with criminal justice agencies.
• Develop relationships with referral sources.
• Represent the agency at community forums.
• Perform other duties as requested.
