Job Title: Director of Cell & Gene Therapy Global Business Development About the Opportunity: The Director of Cell & Gene Therapy Global Business Development will lead strategic growth initiatives for PHC’s Cell & Gene Therapy business, driving market expansion, revenue growth, and long-term strategic development. This role will also partner with PHC Japan and other stakeholders to support business planning and product strategy that enhance PHC’s competitive advantage. As a key global ambassador for PHC, the role will build strategic relationships with pharmaceutical companies, academic institutions, solution providers and channel partners to identify growth opportunities and strengthen PHC’s leadership within the Cell & Gene Therapy ecosystem.
While this is a global role, the ideal candidate will be located in Illinois or in the Northeast US locations.
The hiring range for this position is: $150,000 - $180,000 USD, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
