Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Convention Services.
• Hotel or Hospitality Degree at Bachelor's level; related hospitality experience considered.
• Working knowledge of computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of Catering & Conference Services, BC.
• Develop and present banquet menus; coordinate catering and conference services.
• Ensure quality control of banquet room set-ups and events.
• Lead meetings with sales managers, clients, and internal departments.
• Support profitability initiatives across food, wine, beverage sales and AV.
