Job Summary

We are seeking a polished, diligent, and detail-oriented Director of Catering to oversee our busy corporate dining catering functions. This role involves leading a passionate team, building client relationships, and ensuring outstanding quality in catering services. If you are experienced in delivering high-quality catered events, we look forward to your application.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and oversee all on-site executive catering events.
2. Develop and maintain the catering marketing plan, including event planning services and menu development.
3. Hire, train, and schedule catering staff; develop staff in service techniques, menu presentation, policies, and procedures.
4. Ensure successful catering operations, including labor and food cost control, transportation, setup, operation, and cleanup of events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts is a plus.
• Proven hospitality industry experience, including 2+ years in catering management.
• Successful leadership of a catering team, with strong communication skills and client relationship management.
• Experience in menu costing, pricing contracts, and resourcing staff and equipment.
• Ability to supervise food prep, service, and cleanup.
