Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in career services, student affairs, workforce development, human resources or related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing programs, building partnerships, and working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of career readiness programs, services, and resources for students and alumni.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with employers, alumni and community organizations to expand opportunities.
• Collaborate with academic departments to integrate career readiness into the student experience and conduct workshops and programs.
• Direct planning and implementation of career fairs and events; oversee career services technology platforms and resources.
