Job summary

The HealthCare Initiative is seeking a Director of Cardiovascular Services for an acute-care hospital in Arizona. You will lead a growing platform that includes Interventional Cardiology, EP, Structural Heart, and Interventional Radiology, building on an established Cath Lab performing 40–60 cases per week.

You’ll work with cardiologists and hospital leaders to grow referrals, streamline workflows, develop leadership, and translate growth into sustainable programs, while ensuring operational

Qualifications

• RN or RCIS credential required.
• Proven experience partnering with cardiologists and proceduralists.
• Led growth or development of cardiovascular programs.
• Ability to lead both operations and strategy for a service line.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership to identify growth opportunities and volume targets.
• Address workflows and operational barriers to support program expansion.
• Build and mentor a cardiovascular leadership team for stability.
• Translate growth opportunities into sustainable cardiovascular programs.
