• Expert knowledge in planning, design, constructability, managing construction, design-build methodology, and regulatory practices.
• Advanced financial, budgeting and cost management skills.
• Knowledge of campus vision, goals and long-range capital plans.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership of the entire construction process from design through commissioning.
• Manages staff and budgets for multiple projects.
• Represents department with campus service providers and external stakeholders.
• Directs design and construction professionals and negotiates contracts.
• Advises senior management on project matters with independent judgment.
