Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead a facilities team of ~60, overseeing trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds maintenance.
• Oversee building and grounds maintenance, construction, renovation, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with school leadership and the Board of Trustees to align projects with campus activities.
• Liaise with school administration on plant-related matters and manage vendor relationships.
