Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of campus custodial services.
• Provide leadership for Custodian team including direction, development, and assessment.
• Manage personnel actions: interviewing, selecting, orientation, training, and evaluation.
• Plan and execute annual maintenance plans and maintenance improvement projects; monitor costs.
• Coordinate emergency response, disaster preparedness, and safety programs.
• Develop and administer ongoing training for staff to ensure safe operations.
• Monitor work orders, inventory, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
