Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Master degree in Accounting or MBA is desirable.
• Minimum eight to ten years progressive experience in financial accounting, reporting, and audit.
• Experience in a complex higher educational institution or not-for-profit organization with staff supervision.
• CPA required.
• Excellent analytical and written & oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the Campus Accounting Department operations and GAAP compliance.
• Prepare campus financial statements, supporting schedules, and analyses.
• Serve as the principal accounting liaison for campus activities.
• Develop internal controls and ensure compliance across campus.
• Lead staff, manage personnel issues, and communicate effectively with management.
