Job summary

MSI, headquartered in Orange, California, seeks a Business Development Director for Cabinets & Vanities to drive strategy, rollout, and growth across the organization. You will enable the sales force through training, support customer launches, and develop new business opportunities while aligning product management with sales priorities.

The role requires leading cross-functional initiatives, expanding market presence, and building strong dealer networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years sales or business development experience.
• Experience training sales teams and supporting large product launches.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout of Cabinets & Vanities program across MSI.
• Train regional and branch sales teams on products and selling strategies.
• Support sales teams in presenting offerings and developing new accounts.
• Assist in identifying and developing cabinet dealer, distributor, builder, and retailer accounts.
• Coordinate solutions with internal departments to resolve rollout challenges.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain.
