Job summary

Harris Health seeks a strategic VP, Pavilion Business Operations/Chief Staffing Officer to oversee finance, business operations and staffing across the Pavilion. This role reports to the Pavilion Executive Vice President and partners with Medical School initiatives and the System CFO.

The candidate will develop business plans for new initiatives, lead finance education for Pavilion leaders and drive analytics to maximize pavilion productivity. Healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree and 15+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Business operations.
• Ten years of progressive management experience in a complex environment are required.
• Healthcare experience is preferred, with familiarity in grants and contracts advantageous.
• Proficiencies include MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pavilion finance, business operations and staffing functions and related processes.
• Develop and lead business plans for new and strategic initiatives within the Pavilion.
• Collaborate with System Finance and external schools/initiatives to maximize productivity and efficiency.
