What you’ll do

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive 100% new business development and acquire new logos. This hunter role requires a strategic and relentless sales professional with a proven track record in multifamily, single-family, student housing, or a combination of these sectors. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and securing contracts.

What you’ll do

  • Own and execute the entire sales process: prospecting, lead generation, discovery, sales presentations, pricing proposals, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Identify and engage senior-level decision-makers within the property management and rental housing industries.
  • Consistently meet or exceed an annual sales quota of $1.5M - $2.5M.
  • Maintain an active and well-documented sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to optimize the sales strategy and customer experience.

What we are looking for

  • MUST HAVE: 10+ years of sales experience with proven success and a strong network in selling to property management companies within the multifamily, single-family, or student housing sectors.
  • An existing book of business/network within the rental housing industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and drive deals from prospecting to closure.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with senior executives.
  • Results-driven, with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Startup experience or working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
  • Preferred location: NYC (Hybrid), but remote candidates will be considered.

Compensation

  • $120,000-$150,000 base salary ($240,000 - $300,000 OTE)
