Base pay range

$77,000.00/yr - $105,100.00/yr

Location:

Must be located in a Midwestern or Western state to support travel in this region.

Travel:

2-3 times per month for 2-3 days at a time to attend meetings and events.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute plans to meet quarterly retention and new business growth goals.
  2. Research and maintain account demographics for affiliate, acquiring growth organizations, and hospice organizations.
  3. Manage incoming leads and collaborate with Clinical Sales Specialist for lead development through to implementation.
  4. Respond to RFP requests for new business or existing clients in assigned territories.
  5. Increase revenue through effective management of account development activities, including prospecting, outreach, and engagement.
  6. Coordinate re-contracting and new sales opportunities with account management.
  7. Maintain prospect account demographics and document sales cycle stages in Salesforce.
  8. Achieve and surpass census targets.
  9. Model and teach sales best practices to team members.
  10. Provide regular reports on sales activities and goal attainment.
  11. Attend relevant meetings and events as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to educate hospice staff on Enclara Pharmacia offerings.
  • High-energy, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • Mentor and model sales skills for team members.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 3 days/week.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined for remote work.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Proven sales or healthcare industry experience with consistent goal achievement.
  • CRM platform knowledge required.
Additional Details:

This is a remote position with occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.

Scheduled weekly hours: 40.

Pay range: $77,000 - $105,100 annually, with potential for commissions based on performance.
