SitelogIQ, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive high‑level infrastructure solutions in municipal, K‑12, higher ed, and government markets across Texas.
Based in or around East Texas, you will lead strategic account development, manage complex sales cycles, and align solutions with customer goals. You will collaborate with design engineers, frame cost/benefit analyses, present RFQ/RFP responses, and build long-term partnerships while traveling regionally to advance

Our Director of Business Development will join the South Business Unit and will be based in or around East TX (Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, or Austin). SitelogIQ’s continued growth trajectory and expansion throughout the region have identified the need for additional team members who can help deliver the customer-centric approach SitelogIQ was founded on.
Reporting to SitelogIQ South’s Executive Vice President, the Directorof Business Development will sell high-level infrastructure solutions in key vertical markets including Municipalities, K-12 Schools, Colleges and Universities, State and Local Government, Industrial and Commercial. These are large, sophisticated construction projects that require a complex selling process and focused customer management. Therefore, we are looking for a seasoned account executive with a consistent track record of success leading and driving high-level solutions.
This professional will be responsible for the sale and account management of infrastructure solutions including but not limited to building retrofits, controls and automation technology, central plant construction and renovation, streetlighting, sports lighting, new building construction, and renewable energy solutions.
SITELOGIQ is seeking to hire for this position as soon as possible. The salary range will be commensurate with experience and includes health, retirement benefits, and vacation time. Normal weekly work hours are expected. There will be travel throughout the state and region that will sometimes include overnight stays. No weekend work is anticipated.
