Position Overview: Senior Living Residences Marlboro, an assisted living and memory support community in Morganville, is recognized for its innovative approach to senior care, including the Olmsted Memory Support Neighborhood, Brain Healthy Cooking Program, and Dementia Friendly Communities Initiative. We are committed to creating a respectful, operationally excellent, and engaging environment for our residents and staff.

Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday with rotating Manager-on-Duty weekends

Compensation and Benefits: Starting at $70,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, disability coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accurate monthly billing and communicate with residents, families, and third parties.
  2. Review and update Residency Agreements and oversee renewal processes.
  3. Maintain Resident Business Files and adhere to EOEA requirements.
  4. Manage payroll biweekly, PTO accrual, and benefits meetings.
  5. Handle Leave of Absence processes, vendor contracts, and OSHA logs.
  6. Supervise and train front desk staff.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in non-profit, office administration, payroll, billing, collections, and benefits required.
  2. Payroll experience required; familiarity with Paycom HRIS preferred.
  3. Strong teamwork, communication, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
  4. Proficiency with technology and ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
