Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or five years’ experience in Building Security and Operations.
• Four years' experience in Building Operations with hands-on management and supervision.
• Valid New York State Driver’s License.
• F80 Certification.
• Proven contract/vendor relationship problem-solving ability.
• Experience with WorkOrderSystems and security management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security staff and residential aides; maintain safe environment for clients.
• Ensure department priorities are communicated and met.
• Oversee staff training and performance development.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Director on credentialing and hiring processes.
• Coordinate with DHS and other authorities to address inspections and corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with program services and security policies.
• Maintain alarms, access control, and security systems operational.
