Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight years of facilities maintenance or life support management experience preferred; supervisory or personnel management experience required.
• Strong communication and organization skills, with demonstrated experience across diverse work groups.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex facility operations.
• Experience supervising staff and contractors.
• Ability to manage asset tracking systems, budgets and building operations protocols.
• Experience managing operations and capital budgets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a 24/7 environment.
• Knowledge of building operations, mechanical, plumbing and life support maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility infrastructure operations and planning, including preventative maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Administer asset lifecycle, work orders, and spare parts inventory for ACRC.
• Direct life support system operations and maintenance with cross-team collaboration.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and capital improvement projects.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA, EPA, and related policies.
• Coordinate emergency response and 24/7 incident management for the facility.
