Morgan Stanley is seeking a Blockchain Engineer to join the Digital Assets Platform Technology team. This leadership role focuses on scalable, secure, regulatory‑compliant platform capabilities for digital asset custody, tokenization, and blockchain connectivity.

You will mentor engineers, define the technical roadmap, and ensure production readiness with CI/CD, observability, and robust security controls across enterprise services.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of technology experience; 3+ years with digital assets, blockchain, or distributed-ledger tech.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture, AWS, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and containerization.
• Knowledge of tokenization, custody and wallet infra, and on‑chain/off‑chain patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional engineering team building custody and blockchain capabilities.
• Define the engineering roadmap for custody, wallet, tokens, and platform services.
• Design secure custody solutions with key management, transaction integrity, and auditability.
• Design integrations with custody providers, blockchain networks, and enterprise platforms.
• Establish secure transaction lifecycle patterns and ensure operational resilience.
• Partner with risk, compliance, legal, and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Own production readiness, CI/CD, monitoring, incident management, and secure release processes.
• Implement secure coding, automated testing, threat modeling, and production controls.
