Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence to lead the company’s data strategy and analytics practice from its Dallas offices. This role will drive end-to-end BI initiatives, align them to corporate goals, and deliver customer-service oriented insights.

The leader will oversee data management, ELT processes, and reporting capabilities while building a high-impact team. The role requires strategic leadership, a strong track record in franchised or multi-unit environments,

Qualifications

• Experience as BI/Analytics Director at a high growth company.
• Proven track record leading BI teams with a customer-service mindset.
• Strong stakeholder relationships across departments.
• Experience selecting and implementing data loading, governance and reporting tech.
• Experience in a metrics-driven company, private equity ownership or franchise model is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and implement a data/analytics strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead BI / analytics team and manage projects with prioritization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive data-driven decisions.
