Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence to lead analytics strategy and data governance across a multi-unit franchised enterprise. You will drive end-to-end BI initiatives, manage a diverse team, and align with organizational goals and customer-service orientation.

The role requires in-office presence in Dallas, TX at least three days per week and a track record of delivering data-driven decision support across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience as BI/Analytics Director at a high growth company with a proven track record of high impact.
• Track-record of building and leading highly effective BI teams with a customer service and partnering mindset.
• Experience building strong stakeholder relationships across departments.
• Depth of experience selecting and implementing suitable technology for efficient data loading, governance and reporting capabilities required.
