Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure seeks a Director of Business Development Operations to scale deal execution, CRM and customer planning systems, and cross-functional coordination across live deals. This role evolves tools and processes to give BD visibility into deal status.

You will design and optimize reporting for senior leadership and board, build scalable processes, and lead a small team as the BD program grows.

Qualifications

• Track record of building and improving systems and processes in a complex commercial environment.
• Experience with CRM platforms and customer/account reporting structures.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders who don’t report to you.
• Experience producing senior leadership or board-level reporting, including approval-materials.
• Strong judgment on sequencing and prioritization in a fast-scaling environment.
• Genuine interest in building and evolving a function as it grows.

Responsibilities

• Deal program management: Workback schedules and timeline discipline on live deals.
• CRM & customer planning: systems to track status, progress, next steps, and account strategy.
• Systems & tools: trackers, dashboards, and repeatable processes for visibility into deal status.
• Cross-functional coordination: alignment with Legal, Energy, Sites, and Capital Markets on inputs.
• Leadership & board reporting: clear, accurate reporting for senior leadership and capital partners.
• Process design: improvements to BD's operating rhythm and structure.
