Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure in the United States is seeking a Director of BD-OS to scale deal execution, program management, CRM and cross-functional coordination across live deals and BD initiatives.

You will evolve our existing tools and processes, deliver clear visibility into deal status, support senior leadership reporting, and help build a scalable operating rhythm for a fast-growing data center business.

Qualifications

• Track record of building and improving systems and processes in a complex commercial environment.
• Experience with CRM platforms and reporting structures.
• Ability to drive structure and cross-functional cooperation with stakeholders who don't report to you.
• Experience producing materials for senior leadership or board-level audiences.
• Strong judgment on sequencing and prioritization in a fast-scaling environment.
• Genuine interest in building and evolving a function as it grows.

Responsibilities

• Deal program management: Workback schedules and timeline discipline on live deals.
• CRM and customer planning: Track status, progress, and account strategy.
• Systems and tools: Dashboards and repeatable processes for visibility into deal status.
• Cross-functional coordination: Align with Legal, Energy, Sites, and Capital Markets.
• Leadership and board reporting: Materials supporting approvals for senior leadership.
• Process design: Improvements to BD's operating rhythm and structure.
