Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Electrochemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 10 years of battery technology experience with leadership of technical teams and development programs.
• Strong understanding of battery materials, cell chemistry, electrochemical datasets, and translating results into conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize executive reports and provide leadership-level insights into multiple projects.
• Analyze cross-project data to highlight core conclusions and strategic directions.
• Bridge communication between Cell Development, Business Development, and Executive Leadership, including customers.
