Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or software security.
• 8 years of experience leading engineering teams and managing managers.
• Experience building distributed systems, security platforms, or cloud-native developer tooling.

Aufgaben

• Build, lead, and mentor a global organization of engineers, security architects, and managers.
• Define multi-year technical vision and engineering standards for security management.
• Architect ASPM frameworks with automated detection and continuous verification.
• Pioneer secure-by-design SDLC paradigms for AI-generated code and agentic development.
• Drive cloud-native security across microservices, using AI/ML for defense at scale.
