Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive attorney professional development strategy.
• Lead attorney training programs from onboarding through partnership.
• Direct mentoring programs and career development planning.
• Oversee attorney performance evaluations, competency models, and development plans.
• Monitor CLE compliance and licensure tracking across jurisdictions.
• Manage the Professional Development department budget and resources.
• Foster collaboration across offices and practice groups and leadership teams.
