Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive professional development and talent management experience.
• Experience in a large law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Proven ability to design and implement attorney training and leadership programs.
• Prior supervisory and budget management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree; JD required; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive attorney professional development strategy.
• Oversee training programs from onboarding through partnership.
• Direct mentoring programs and career development initiatives.
• Support evaluation processes and partnership readiness.
• Oversee CLE compliance and licensure tracking.
• Lead budget, resources, and cross-office collaboration.
