Qualifications

• Significant multifamily asset management experience.
• Proven ability to manage third‑party property managers and drive performance.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, variance analysis, and investment reporting capabilities.
• Experience overseeing renovation projects, capital expenditures, and contractor relationships.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with senior leadership and investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset management activities across a portfolio of multifamily and net lease properties, driving investment performance and executing business plans from acquisition through disposition.
• Develop and implement property-level strategies to maximize NOI, improve operations, and enhance long‑term asset value.
• Oversee third‑party property management teams, budgets, and performance against objectives.
• Evaluate property-level financial performance through cash flow projections, variance analysis, and investment return assessments.
• Lead capital expenditure and value-add renovation programs with budgets, bids, progress, and timely execution.
• Identify revenue growth and expense reduction initiatives through leasing strategies and operational improvements.
• Conduct regular property visits, market assessments, and competitive analyses to evaluate performance and opportunities.
• Support acquisition due diligence with inspections, capex assessments, and operating assumptions.
• Evaluate hold-versus-sell decisions and disposition strategies to optimize investor returns.
• Prepare asset-level performance reports, financial analyses, and investor updates with accounting and IR.
• Monitor debt, covenants, lender reporting, and cash flow forecasts with the accounting team.
• Maintain relationships with third-party managers, developers, lenders, investors, and external partners.
