Tilcon New York Inc., a CRH company, seeks a Director of Asphalt to oversee daily operations of asphalt facilities in New Jersey and surrounding areas. You will lead teams, manage costs, and ensure safety while aligning with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and 10+ years in asphalt operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role, plus strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in civil/asphalt operations or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in asphalt operations and leadership roles.
• Computer savvy and proficient with MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate continuous leadership in safety, integrity, and quality; drive to ZERO.
• Maintain communication with Quality Control to support product quality and service.
• Lead TNJ Asphalt operations; plan and implement changes based on performance and demand.
• Complete daily reporting for the assigned operations; assign workloads and train staff.
