Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in information technology, or 12+ years of IT experience in lieu of a degree.
• 9+ years in technology
• 3+ years hands-on engineering or delivery work
• 5+ years in technology operations, IT governance, portfolio management, vendor management or a program office
• 5+ years leading analysts or program staff, including hiring and performance management
• Experience running enterprise intake or governance processes end to end with metrics

Responsibilities

• Govern governance operations for architecture review board including intake, triage, scheduling, decision log and tracking through closure.
• Own portfolio data and tooling: architecture management platform, inventories, lifecycle data, and mapping of business capabilities to apps and technologies.
• Lead application rationalization including baseline inventory, retire/consolidate/invest roadmap, business cases and decommission plans.
• Oversee technology acquisition and lifecycle, including overlap checks, vendor evaluation, risk reviews with Security and Procurement, and end-of-life calendar.
• Manage innovation intake: intake/triage, PoC funding gates, pilots, and hand-off to Practice Architect for adoption.
• Oversee operating cadence and reporting: annual planning, budget cycle, scorecards and decision packages.
