• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with 10+ years experience or equivalent.
• RA licensure and/or LEED/PMP desirable.
• Proven success delivering complex, multi-typology projects with execution excellence.
• Leadership in managing studio operations, resource planning and team development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam; ACC/BIM 360 knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio in the Architecture Business Unit and oversee Studio operations.
• Assign projects and allocate internal and external resources based on strengths and needs.
• Mentor and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Support business development, client relationships, and proposals.
• Review design scope, risks, and fee with stakeholders to ensure execution excellence.
