About The Team
The CSTS organization supports AlphaSense by providing secure data, insights, and technology to enable growth. We handle infrastructure, data analysis, ML models, and cybersecurity, partnering across departments to improve analytics and operations.

About The Role
We seek a passionate Director of Analytics to lead the development of a world-class insights platform in Tableau, integrated with AI/ML capabilities. You will be part of the CSTS Leadership Team, responsible for building the Core Reporting Catalog for stakeholders across various departments, collaborating with Data Engineering & Architecture teams, and promoting a data-driven culture through Self-Serve analytics. You will manage Analysts and Data Scientists and work cross-functionally to support organizational analytics needs.

Who You Are

• 8+ years in business analytics, BI, or data warehousing
• 4+ years of management experience
• Proven success in delivering analytics solutions that enable insights
• Strong knowledge of data analysis methods and tools
• Leadership skills with enterprise-wide thinking
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Experience in cross-functional project delivery
• BS or MS in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, coach, and develop your team in an Agile environment
• Design, build, and scale the front-end data and analysis infrastructure in Tableau
• Implement Self-Service analytics and foster a data-driven culture
• Translate business requirements into scalable data models and systems
• Collaborate across the enterprise to meet analytics needs
• Shape and improve our BI capabilities using best practices
