Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Testing, Operations, and Automation Analytical Development.
• Drive testing strategies using manual and automated methods for process development and characterization.
• Oversee development and qualification of automated analytical methods and end-to-end platforms.
• Lead lab informatics initiatives and digitization projects supporting data visualization and AI/ML tools.
• Manage reagents, controls, charts, documentation, and cross-functional partnerships.
