Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in product design.
• At least 3 years of experience leading design teams.
• At least 10 years of experience in product design.
• At least 5 years of experience leading design teams.
• Experience in a design toolkit spanning product, service, design strategy and content.
• Experience with design systems and collaboration with PMs, engineers and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-disciplinary design team of 10–12 designers within AML and Compliance & Ethics.
• Define and drive design strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Collaborate with research, product and tech leadership to shape roadmaps.
• Translate complex regulatory and risk requirements into usable experiences.
• Guide design systems, artifacts, and prototyping across platforms.
