Job summary

Larson Capital Management LLC, Chesterfield, Missouri, seeks a Director, Alternative Investment Specialist to be the embedded product expert across the firm’s wealth advisor network. You will translate complex private real estate strategies into advisor-ready narratives and lead education sessions to drive adoption and client outcomes.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll partner with investment, compliance, operations, and marketing teams, travel as needed, and help grow the alternatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; finance/business/economics preferred.
• 7–10 years of professional experience in financial services or advisor distribution.
• Deep knowledge of private real estate investment strategies and capital markets fundamentals.
• Experience across hedge funds, private equity, venture capital preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to advisor and client audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded alternative investment expert within the internal advisor network, attending client meetings as product specialist and voice on strategies.
• Enable advisors to position and recommend offerings with deep product knowledge and ongoing education.
• Develop trusted relationships with advisors to increase product engagement, adoption, and allocation volume.
• Identify opportunities to deepen advisor utilization of the full product lineup as new strategies come to market.
• Gather advisor feedback to inform product development, messaging strategy, and distribution priorities.
