Job summary

Ulta Beauty, headquartered in Bolingbrook, IL, seeks a Director of AI Strategy, Adoption, and Workforce Transformation to translate enterprise AI investments into measurable business value. You will drive the AI roadmap, oversee the AI Accelerator, and lead workforce transformation across functions.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise strategy or AI transformation, strong executive presence, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in enterprise strategy, management consulting, digital or AI transformation, organizational transformation, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated experience translating enterprise strategy and emerging technology capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve Ulta Beauty’s enterprise AI strategy, translating priorities into a clear roadmap that drives adoption and value.
Lead enterprise AI prioritization and inform the AI roadmap with Product and Technology.
Lead the UB AI Accelerator and scaling AI fluency across Ulta, with upskilling and executive engagement.
Own enterprise AI adoption and value realization, measuring adoption and reporting financial/value impact.
Lead AI-enabled workforce transformation, strategizing how AI changes work, processes, roles, and skills.
