Job summary

Arrivia, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Application & AI Security to own the AI-governance mandate and DevSecOps guardrails across our cloud and AI deployments.

You will lead a team to implement NIST/ISO standards, define secure SDLC, and enforce pipeline integrity from development to production, partnering with GRC and engineering to balance speed with risk reduction. The role operates in an office setting with a 4 days per week in-office schedule, and you will mentor a growing Application & AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of dedicated security experience, including 5+ years in AppSec and DevSecOps with leadership.
• Hands-on experience building automated security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of LLM security, model registries, AI runtime controls, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Hold the Central AI Mandate: establish and enforce LLM/Copilot usage policies and governance.
• Architect AI Guardrails: implement security controls aligned with NIST RMF and ISO 42001 alongside GRC.
• Lead AI Red-Teaming: conduct prompt-injection tests using OWASP Top 10 for LLM apps and MITRE ATLAS.
• Secure Agentic Runtimes: own model registry, AI-BOM, and runtime security with per-tool-call authorization.
