Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to lead the strategy, execution, and technical health of our software engineering organization. You will drive scalable, secure software solutions and foster an ownership‑driven culture.

You will shape technology roadmap, oversee architecture, cybersecurity, AI‑powered tooling, and cloud initiatives while mentoring engineers and partnering with product and business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering organizations responsible for product development and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, software architecture, platform engineering, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps.
• Experience establishing engineering standards, governance, automation strategies, and operational excellence programs.
• Experience with AI-enabled software development, intelligent agents, MLOps, and model governance.
• Ability to align engineering strategy with business goals and customer outcomes.
• Willingness to travel 10% or less as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy and delivery across products and client-facing projects.
• Define technology, platform, and architecture roadmaps to improve performance and reliability.
• Manage priorities, resources, risk, and tradeoffs across a diverse portfolio.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to align investments with priorities and customer needs.
• Foster governance, automation, and continuous improvement through DevSecOps practices.
