Job summary

Upscale, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Director of Corporate Marketing to build our brand and establish Upscale AI as a leader in AI infrastructure and networking. You will shape strategy and execute across messaging, content, PR, digital campaigns, and sales enablement.

You will work with exec, product, sales, and engineering teams to drive launches, positioning, thought leadership, and integrated campaigns that move customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of B2B technology marketing experience.
• Experience with AI infrastructure, data centers, or related markets.
• Proven storytelling, messaging, and writing skills.
• Proven ability to lead product launches and integrated marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the Upscale AI brand and corporate narrative.
• Lead product and company launches end to end.
• Create compelling technical and business content (website copy, blogs, white papers, briefs).
• Drive thought leadership and external narrative differentiation.
• Lead PR and communications with media, analysts, and partners.
• Own digital marketing and web content to communicate identity and impact.
• Develop integrated brand and awareness campaigns for visibility and engagement.
• Lead marketing for industry events and enable sales with collateral.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate complex tech into accessible stories.
• Measure marketing effectiveness and optimize programs.
