Job summary

Upscale AI is seeking a highly hands-on Director of Corporate Marketing to build our brand and position Upscale AI as a leader in AI infrastructure and networking. You will shape narrative, messaging, and content for customers, partners, media, analysts, and the tech ecosystem, translating complex innovation into clear, compelling stories.

You’ll work with executives, product, sales, and engineering to drive launches, positioning, thought leadership, digital content, PR, events, and enablement.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of B2B technology marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of the AI and data-center technology landscape.
• Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and writing skills.
• Proven experience launching products and running integrated marketing initiatives.
• Experience across corporate communications, content, digital marketing, PR, thought leadership, events, and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Own the Upscale AI brand and corporate narrative.
• Lead product and company launches end-to-end.
• Create compelling technical and business content (web content, blogs, papers, briefs, presentations).
• Drive thought leadership by turning expert insights into differentiated viewpoints.
• Lead PR and communications with media, analysts, and partners.
• Own digital marketing and web content across channels.
• Develop integrated brand and awareness campaigns to increase visibility.
• Lead marketing for industry events and executive outreach.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to support conversations.
