Madhive is seeking an AI Enablement Director to drive internal transformation by weaving AI into how our teams work. This builder-operator role shifts focus from manual tasks to high-leverage output, listening to needs, building automated tools, and partnering with leaders to drive measurable productivity gains.

This hybrid NYC-based role combines hands-on development with change leadership to scale AI adoption across the organization and deliver tangible business results.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience blending hands-on building with driving tool adoption.
• Ability to prototype workflows and wire up AI tools.
• Proven track record of driving adoption across diverse teams.
• Rigorous measurement and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to ship reliable, production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship AI-enabled workflows and cross-cutting tools for technical and non-technical teams.
• Establish fluency standards and practical benchmarks for AI usage, productivity, and impact.
• Lead employee AI training and adoption programs with People and L&D teams.
• Develop internal load-bearing applications and AI integrations for long-term operations.
• Serve as a change agent, driving adoption with measurable gains across teams.
• Define measurable success criteria for each workflow before building.
• Integrate automations with existing systems (Salesforce, Jira) and resolve blockers.
