Job summary

The Community FoodBank of New Jersey is seeking a Director of Talent & Workforce Strategy to lead learning and workforce development, driving capability, leadership effectiveness, AI adoption, and employee growth. You will partner across CFBNJ to identify gaps, develop scalable solutions, and measure impact against organizational goals and mission.

You’ll oversee onboarding, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and career growth programs while using workforce data

Qualifications

• 10+ years in learning & development or HR.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-wide programs.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Education, or related.
• Master's degree in OD, HR, Adult Learning, or related.
• Proven leadership development and workforce growth experience.
• Experience leading transformation and culture change.
• Expertise in AI adoption and analytics in HR.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning and instructional design.
• Skilled in workforce analytics, change and project management.
• Proficiency with LMS, Microsoft 365, and learning technologies.
• Excellent communication and executive partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide learning strategies.
• Design leadership development, succession, and performance programs.
• Build AI literacy and role-based learning pathways.
• Assess capability gaps and implement scalable solutions.
• Oversee onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Use data analytics to measure impact and drive improvement.
• Partner with senior leaders to align talent initiatives.
• Lead L&D with budget, vendors, platforms, and partnerships.
