Honeywell Aerospace in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Director of Production Planning to lead the MPS across multiple sites and drive SIOP alignment. You will manage cross-functional teams and champion digital planning tools to improve reliability and on-time performance.

This role requires a decade in supply planning with strong leadership, SAP ERP experience, and a track record of KPI improvements. You will mentor future leaders and shape planning strategies across the organization, delivering

Qualifications

Ten years in Supply Planning or related operations.
Five+ years of leadership in manufacturing supply chain.
Three+ years planning with SAP ERP.
APICS CPIM certification is valued.

Responsibilities

Lead teams of production planners managing the MPS.
Monitor MPS and improve executable production plans.
Implement and improve planner standard work at sites.
Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Planning leaders.
Participate in monthly SIOP meetings to review risks and mitigation.
Build a world-class team using advanced planning tools like Rapid Response and AI Agents.
Demonstrated YoY improvements in KPIs.
Resolve demand, capacity, and material constraints with cross-functional teams.
Review planning parameters and material master data to meet site requirements.
