Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience across software engineering, engineering management, or related domains.
- Experience leading high-performing engineering teams and large-scale technical platforms.
- Deep understanding of developer productivity systems including CI/CD, code review, and testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams focused on AI-native developer productivity.
- Define and evolve operating model for AI-native software development.
- Drive alignment across infrastructure, developer experience, reliability, and engineering stakeholders.
